REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for the meeting includes conference materials, admission to all sessions, and the reception (Apr.13) and OMAE Award luncheon (Apr.15).

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT

Please fill in the registration form ( Form A ) and submit it with payment or proof of payment to the OMAE '97 secretariat. All registration fees should be forwarded with the registration form. All payments must be made in Japanese yen by one of the following methods:

1.Bank draft in Japanese yen payable to the OMAE '97. Neither personal checks nor traveler's checks will be accepted.

2. Holders of AMEX, Diners Club, VISA or MasterCard may use their credit cards for charging all costs.Your card number and expiration date should be included on the registration form.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

Upon receiving your registration form and remittance, the registration secretariat will send you a confirmation notice with your registration number. Please do not forget to bring this notice with you when you pick up your materials upon arrival at the conference site.
